In a food processor, combine the cream cheese and feta and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a medium-sized bowl and add the chives, cranberries, and pepper. Stir until combined evenly. Spread a few Tablespoons of the mixture onto each tortilla. Place two pieces of turkey side-by-side down the center of each tortilla. Place baby spinach down the center of the turkey, from one end to the other. Beginning with the cream cheese side, roll the tortilla tightly like a burrito. If time allows, refrigerate the rolls to so the flavor comes together and so they do not fall apart when cutting. At the end, trim each end of the tortilla and cut diagonally into four slices. Enjoy!
