Gooey Oreo Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 4 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 16-ounce bag mini marshmallows

Directions:

Thoroughly grease an 8×8 baking pan. Put all of the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse a few times until you have a crumbly mixture. You want the Oreos crushed but you still want to see pieces of the cookie so you know what you are eating. If you don’t have a food processor you can put the cookies in a large Ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to get the desired texture.   In a microwave safe bowl, add butter and ¾ of the bag of mini marshmallows. Melt in 60-second intervals or until smooth. Add Oreos to the melted butter and marshmallow mixture. Add in the remaining ¼ bag of mini marshmallows. Pour into the prepared pan. Let cool before slicing and serving.
