Sweeten Your Sprout’s Birthday with Fun Cooking!
Make your Sprouting Chef’s birthday even sweeter this year with a birthday party at Sprouts Cooking School! We have 9 deliciously fun cooking themes for your birthday child to choose from.
- Up to 16 participants per party (please reach out to us if you have more than 16 guests).
- All parties are 1.5 hours in length. Doors open 5 minutes prior to the party start time.
- Birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay to celebrate their child. We kindly ask that party guests drop-off their children as we do not have capacity for parents to stay.
- Every party includes party theme menu items, ice cream sundaes with a variety of toppings, water and lemonade, birthday candle, place settings, utensils, food prep, set-up, and clean-up.
- 50% deposit due at the time of registration which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining 50% will be drawn from the card on file one week prior to the event.

- The party pricing is for up to 10 participants (our studio cannot hold more than 16 children, please reach out to us if you have more than 16 guests).
- Pricing is not discounted if less than 10 children are in attendance.
- All parties are one and a half (1.5) hours in length.
- Due to other events in the studio, participants should depart at the conclusion of the event. Space in the studio is limited. Birthday child’s parents are welcome to stay to celebrate their child. We kindly ask that party guests drop-off their children as we do not have capacity for parents to stay.
- Every participant (including the birthday celebrant) must fill out a Participation Waiver two (2) weeks in advance. We DO NOT take waivers from walk-in children at the door. This is to ensure health and safety of participants.
- All known allergies must be known prior to shopping for party ingredients. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your party.
- We charge a $50 change fee to move party dates. Avoid penalties by making changes greater than 3 weeks in advance.
- Sprouts Cooking School is a peanut and tree nut free cooking school, NO OUTSIDE FOOD is allowed. All parties include ice cream sundaes with a variety of toppings.

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start of the party as we have other parties & events before and after your event
What to bring
Decorations are not needed. If you chose to bring decorations please only bring a small ballon arrangement for the front table. We do not allow decorations affixed to walls or on the kitchen islands where food is present.

Can I bring party favors?
Yes, we love favors! We just ask that there is no food in the goody bags to keep our space allergen friendly.
When is the final payment due?
50% deposit due at the time of registration which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Remaining 50% will be drawn from the card on file one week prior to the event. -
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Sprouts parties book well in advance. If you request a date change for your party it must be done 3 weeks prior to your reserved party. We charge a $50 change fee to move party dates. If you are outside of your 3 week time window you will lose your deposit.
