Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
2 small bone-in chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
½ cup green onion, dark green part only, thinly sliced
½ cup celery, finely diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, (I prefer Sargento Off-the-Block sharp cheddar)
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
¾ cup blue cheese dressing, (I prefer Marzetti’s Ultimate Blue Cheese Dressing)
¾ cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Instructions

In a small sauté pan over medium heat add 1 Tablespoon of olive oil.

Add celery and cook until it just barely loses its bite.

Add green onions and a bit of freshly grated black pepper and cook for about a minute.

Remove from heat.

In a saucepan over low heat, add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and hot sauce.

Stir frequently.

When the sauce has come together add the veggies and cooked chicken.

Serve warm with tortilla chips and celery sticks.
