Apple Cider Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 ½ cup chopped apples (I prefer honeycrisp apples and leave the skin on for fiber and color)
  • 1 banana 2
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A few dashes of freshly grated nutmeg

Directions

Into a blender, add all of the ingredients and blend on high until smooth. Serve immediately. The perfect fall smoothie! Enjoy!
