Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a rolling pin, flatten the slice of bread and then carefully cut the crust off. Place 1-1½ Tablespoons of the Apple Pie Filling mixture on the edge of the rolled out slice of bread. Roll up the bread, beginning with the side you placed the mixture on. Dip each rolled piece of bread into melted butter, and then roll into cinnamon and sugar mixture. Place cinnamon and sugar-covered rolls seam-side down on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
